Recently it was announced that Bill Morine, N2COP, has joined the ranks of hams who have been licensed for 40 years. Congratulations Bill. Bill is also transitioning from PIO (Public Information Officer) to Section Manager of North Carolina.
On April 1st, Glenn Cox, KE4BMY, will assume the position of PIO when Bill steps down. In preparation for his new position. Glenn has completed the PR-101 course, and has become 1 of 47 ARRL trained PIOs nationwide.
